Our Story & Leadership
The business is led by Jack, Owner and Director, whose career in the building industry spans over 13 years. Jack completed his apprenticeship with a respected local builder in Numurkah before refining his craft with several high-quality building firms throughout the region. This experience shaped his deep respect for traditional workmanship, attention to detail, and the importance of doing things properly — from structure through to finish.
Today, Jack works closely alongside a small, dedicated team, personally overseeing every project to ensure consistency, quality, and accountability at every stage. His hands-on leadership ensures that no detail is overlooked and that every home reflects the high standards Total Building Solutions is known for.

A Design-Led, Family Approach
Behind the scenes, Grace manages the day-to-day operations of the business, bringing both structure and creativity to every project. With a strong appreciation for design and transformation, Grace plays an integral role in guiding clients through selections and finishes, ensuring each space feels cohesive, elegant, and thoughtfully considered.
As a family-run business, we understand that building or renovating a home is deeply personal. We approach every project with care, transparency, and respect — creating a collaborative experience that feels calm, clear, and well-managed from first consultation to final handover.

We came across Total Building Solutions, when it came time to remodel our kitchen ( via KitchenWise). Every trade on site was professional, engaging and placed a high standard in their work. The coordination of all trades was almost perfectly synced which made the renovation progress run smoothly. There is pretty much nothing this company can't do. They respect your home and clean up like it was new. Big shout out to Jack and his amazing team. **So good was their work, we called them back to do our bathrooms** I am a fussy person and I could not fault this companies work.
